The staff were amicable and lively and the location was favourable to the hickory brewery by the river. Moreover, it's just off downtown, all the restaurants, and park.

Our rooms were incredible and clean with refridgerator and a coffee pot, for instance. The location turned out to be marvellous and comfy, so close to the hiking trails and the flower bridge, and restaurants. We found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Bayou Billy that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

The location is close to Chimney Rock Park, chain restaurants, and a brewery by the river; the staff is extremely friendly, and the facilities are clean.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with some great restaurants within walking distance. We particularly loved the variety of cuisine available, from Italian to Mexican. the view from the hotel was stunning, and the leisure facilities were a nice touch. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

The service wasn't up to par. We had trouble getting a hold of staff when we needed help with our room key, and we found some hair in the bathroom.

We loved this place! The location was perfect for us because we could easily walk to some really good restaurants and it was very close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service and housekeeping. Our room was cozy and comfortable with great amenities like heating and air conditioning, free tea and coffee and a sitting area on the terrace. The free wi-fi in the rooms was also a nice bonus.

We had a great time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I had a great stay in a cute, cozy place located right next to beautiful hiking trails. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Plus, the view was stunning, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I appreciated the complimentary amenities, like free wifi and comfy bedding, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the noise from a nearby bar. If you're sensitive to noise, it might be best to bring earplugs or choose a different location.

During my business trip, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered by the hotel, as they saved me some extra bucks. the location was very convenient as it was easily accessible from the nearby highway. the hotel had a fitness center which I quite enjoyed using after a long day of work.

The hotel staff was quite rude and unhelpful during my stay. The room was small and cramped, and the bathroom was poorly maintained with hair all around.
